Exposure
Exposure has been perfecting the art of creating real Hi-Fi for real music lovers since 1974. What do we mean by ‘real’? Remember the days when things were designed by skilled engineers, perfected over time and built to last? When products were expected to concentrate on doing what they did exceptionally well without fail, rather than getting bogged down with the latest gadgets and gizmos? That’s what we mean by real hi-fi. What it will do, is to give you real music. Hair-raising and spine-tingling listening experiences. Exposure hi-fi is renowned for its ‘rightness’ of sound. There is delicacy in the upper ranges and openness in the mid-range, underpinned by deep yet agile bass that dances along. To put it another way, our design philosophy is to make hi-fi that gets on with the task of authentically reproducing any and every kind of music, while the equipment itself hides in the background. Graham Audio
Graham Audio is a family-owned British company based in Newton Abbot, a small market town in Devon, south-west England. We are passionate about high-quality audio and believe that the classic BBC loudspeaker designs offer levels of neutrality, transparency and realism that are hard to find elsewhere today. Using modern components and production techniques we have been able to push the performance while remaining true to the original designs. We might be small, but we are proud to work with some of the best talent in the industry, including Derek Hughes and Volt Loudspeakers. Our loudspeaker systems are available throughout the world from carefully selected outlets who have full demonstration facilities, and will support you through the selection and setting up process. All loudspeakers are hand-assembled on-site. One person is responsible for every step of each loudspeaker made, which includes testing and auditioning. A second person double-checks the completed product, repeating the testing as a matter of course and saving the results for future reference. As part of the test procedure, all completed loudspeakers are compared to our master reference samples to ensure complete consistency.
Merason
Handcrafted in Worb, Switzerland, with the greatest possible care, Daniel Frauchiger and his team at Merason craft some exceptional products. Merason’s goal from the beginning was to create very analogue-sounding DACs that perform well above their respective price points; they have more than met that brief, exceeding it by a large margin.
Moor Amps
We are a small British company with a passion for Music. We use local UK suppliers for all our manufacturing. All final assembly and test is in-house to ensure we ship the highest quality products meeting our exacting musical standards. Moor Amps is a play on our family name Narramore, originating on Dartmoor in the South West of England. There are differing versions of the name’s derivation, ‘North of the Moor’ or ‘Narrowing of the Moor’ for example. I spent a lot of time exploring Dartmoor in my youth, it remains a very special place. And one of our engineering philosophies at Moor Amps? – ‘More Amps’! ‘More Amps’ is how the amplifiers keep a cast iron grip on the music, no matter how demanding the speakers are. ‘More Amps’ gives effortless dynamics, musical power and scale without compression. Why Angel? Late one evening after a long day of soldering, the first pre-production Angel 6 boards were powered up. One of my favourite live bands is WATB (Wille and the Bandits).
